Section 410 IAC 1-3-9 - "Infectious waste activity" defined

Sec. 9.

"Infectious waste activity" means the:

(1) generation;

(2) collection;

(3) storage;

(4) transportation;

(5) treatment; or

(6) disposal of infectious waste; as defined in this rule.
