Section 410 IAC 1-3-8 - "Health care provider" defined

Sec. 8.

"Health care provider" means a person employed as, or by, or receiving training from, a provider as defined in IC 16-18-2-163, or by a laboratory, blood center, state institution, or any other facility where the person is likely to have direct contact with blood or body fluids.
