Sec. 47.

"Qualified Medicare beneficiary dual eligible member" or "QMB DUAL" means the category of Medicaid eligibility for aged, blind, or disabled individuals entitled to Medicare Part A with incomes less than one hundred percent (100%) of the federal poverty level and who have assets less than twice the SSI asset limit. Medicaid benefits for these individuals include payment of Medicare premiums, coinsurance, and deductibles only.
