Sec. 46.
"Qualified Medicare Beneficiary-Also" or "QMB-Also" means a member who receives Part A Medicare with income is below one hundred percent (100%) of the federal poverty level and whose Medicaid benefits pay Medicare copayments and coinsurance amounts for medical services covered by Medicare, including copayments for Medicare approved skilled nursing home care, as well as Medicare Part B premiums for eligible members.
