Sec. 8.
(a) Reactivation shall occur based on the following specific member eligibility criteria:(1) If a member becomes eligible under another eligibility category in Medicaid, the member's coverage shall be reactivated based on established policy for that group.(2) If a member meets an exemption, the member's coverage shall reactivate in the concurrent month of notification of exemption.(3) If a member becomes pregnant, the member's coverage may be retroactive to a prior month pursuant to 405 IAC 10-3-4.(4) If a member completes one (1) month of required community engagement hours, the member's coverage shall reactivate in the month following notification to the office that the member has come into compliance.(b) When a member's benefits are reactivated following noncompliance, the member's annual renewal date shall be set at twelve (12) months after reactivation.
