Section 355 IAC 5-2-6 - Vents for bulk storage containers

Sec. 6.

(a) Each bulk storage container shall be equipped with a vent with a hood or an inverted opening.

(b) Conservation vents shall be used on containers storing products where loss of vapor affects product quality or where the vapor is harmful to plants, animals, or humans.

(c) Conservation vents shall open and close within the designed pressure limits of the storage container.
