Section 355 IAC 5-2-4 - Prohibited materials

Sec. 4.

(a) Bulk storage containers and appurtenances shall not be made of polyvinyl chloride.

(b) A bulk or minibulk storage container shall not be made of ferrous metals, unless the container is made of stainless steel or other approved materials, or the container has a protective lining that inhibits corrosion and does not react chemically with the stored pesticide.
