Section 329 IAC 4.1-11-3 - Use of contingency plan

Sec. 3.

An owner or operator of a facility described in section 2(a) of this rule shall carry out the provisions of the contingency plan immediately whenever there is:

(1) a fire;

(2) an explosion; or

(3) a release of PCB waste;

that could threaten human health or the environment.
