Section 329 IAC 3.1-13-15 - State-administered permit program; duration of permits

Sec. 15.

(a) State permits shall be effective for a fixed term not to exceed five (5) years, except permits for post-closure activities shall be effective for a fixed term not to exceed ten (10) years.

(b) Except as provided in section 16(a) of this rule, the term of a permit shall not be extended by modification beyond five (5) years.

(c) The commissioner may issue any permit for a duration that is less than five (5) years.
