Section 329 IAC 3.1-13-14 - Issuance and effective date of permit

Sec. 14.

After the close of the public comment period (including any public hearing) required by section 10 of this rule on a draft permit, the commissioner shall issue a permit decision and shall follow the procedures of IC 4-21.5.
