Section 329 IAC 3.1-1-12 - Notification for new hazardous waste generators

Sec. 12.

Any person who becomes a generator of hazardous waste after the ninety (90) day period for notification under section 11 of this rule shall notify the commissioner of such activity within thirty (30) days of the start of generation and obtain an identification number under section 13 of this rule.
