Section 329 IAC 10-32-1 - General

Sec. 1.

(a) An application for a restricted waste site Type III or a construction/demolition site permit must be accompanied by the plans or documents specified in this rule.
(b) Design drawings and specifications must be certified by a registered professional engineer and must be properly titled.
