Section 329 IAC 10-2-63.5 - "Electronic submission" defined

Sec. 63.5.

"Electronic submission" means any submission of information to the department via electronic media. Such media may include the following:

(1) Magnetic storage tape or disk.

(2) Compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM).

(3) Electronic mail and/or attachments.

(4) File transfer protocol (FTP).

(5) Hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP).
