Section 329 IAC 10-2-63 - "Dwelling" defined

Sec. 63.

"Dwelling" means any building that people inhabit on a regular or seasonal basis, including, but not limited to, the following:

(1) Home-based schools.

(2) Residences.

(3) Public or private hospitals with twenty (20) beds or less.

(4) Churches.

The term does not include offices, factories, public or non-public schools, or public or private hospitals with more than twenty (20) beds.
