Section 329 IAC 10-2-37.1 - "Construction plan" defined

Sec. 37.1.

"Construction plan" means:

(1) the detailed plans, design specifications, and any other information relative to the construction of a solid waste land disposal facility that are submitted with the permit application; and

(2) any permit conditions specified in the permit.

A construction plan is considered approved by the commissioner when the permit is issued.
