Section 312 IAC 5-2-39 - "Type IV personal flotation device" defined

Sec. 39.

"Type IV personal flotation device" means a personal flotation device designed to be thrown to a person in the water and grasped and held by the person until rescued. A Type IV personal flotation device is not designed to be worn.
