Section 312 IAC 5-2-38 - "Type III personal flotation device" defined

Sec. 38.

"Type III personal flotation device" means a wearable personal flotation device designed so the wearer can place himself or herself in a vertical or slightly backward position. A Type III personal flotation device has the same buoyancy as a Type II personal flotation device but has little or no turning ability.
