Section 312 IAC 29-4-6 - Application requirements for a well within incorporated boundary of a city or town

Sec. 6.

A permit application for a well for oil and gas purposes proposed to be drilled within the incorporated boundary of a city or town must be accompanied by a certified copy of the official consent to drill the well by ordinance of the municipal legislative body.
