Section 312 IAC 29-4-5 - Permitting of wells within one-half mile of a gas or petroleum storage reservoir

Sec. 5.

An application for a well for oil and gas purposes proposed to be drilled in or within one-half (1/2) mile of an underground gas storage facility or underground petroleum storage facility shall not be approved except in accordance with the requirements of 312 IAC 29-18.
