Section 312 IAC 29-2-139 - "Workover pit" defined

Sec. 139.

"Workover pit" means an excavated lined pit or above ground vessel used while performing workover operations for storing or containing well fluids, cement, and any other fluids or solids used or encountered during the workover operations.
