Section 312 IAC 25-1-59 - "Ground cover" defined

Sec. 59.

"Ground cover" means the area of ground that is covered by the combined aerial parts of vegetation and the litter that is produced naturally onsite, expressed as percentage of the total area of measurement. At least ninety-five percent (95%) of the species present must be species listed in the revegetation plan.
