Section 312 IAC 25-1-58 - "Government financing agency" defined

Sec. 58.

"Government financing agency" means a federal, Indiana, county, municipal, or local unit of government, or a department, bureau, agency, or office of the unit that directly or through another unit of government, finances construction.
