Section 312 IAC 25-1-156 - "Underground development waste" defined

Sec. 156.

"Underground development waste" means waste rock mixtures of coal, shale, claystone, siltstone, sandstone, limestone, or related materials that are excavated, moved, and disposed of during development and preparation of areas incident to underground mining activities.
