Section 305 IAC 1-3-5 - Suspension and revocation of a license

Sec. 5.

(a) The board may issue a complaint under IC 4-21.5-3-8 to suspend or revoke a license, or may refuse to renew a license, when a licensed professional geologist is found responsible for any violation of IC 25-17.6-8-1.

(b) Any violation of IC 25-17.6 or this article is a violation of the code of ethics of the board as prescribed by IC 25-17.6-8-1(4).
