Section 25 IAC 9-1-2 - IVOSB procurement goal

Sec. 2.

(a) Under IC 4-13-16.5-3, the state's IVOSB goal is established.

(b) The IVOSB goal shall apply to procurements and contracts, as awarded by the department and its designees, change orders, amendments, and other modifications that affect contract value.
