Section 25 IAC 9-1-1 - Policy statement; procurement and contracting

Sec. 1.

(a) It is the policy of the state to provide an equal opportunity for Indiana veteran owned small business enterprises (IVOSB) to participate in the state's procurement and contracting processes. The commissioner shall be the final authority on all matters pertaining to the maintenance and administration of the program and compliance thereto.

(b) Under IC 4-13-1.3-3, the department may delegate its authority to a state agency.
