Sec. 9.
(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that the role and functions of employees of public or private agencies who are providing a service to the facility are covered through a contract, an agreement, or a position description that specifies their relation to the authority and responsibility of the facility administrator.(b) These policies and procedures, along with the contract, agreement, or position descriptions are reviewed at least annually and updated, as needed.(c) Provisions exist for experience and education substitutes for position qualifications.Department of Correction; 210 IAC 8-3-9; filed 9/16/2022, 3:13 p.m.: 20221012-IR-210220072FRA
