Sec. 55.
(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that all new full-time employees receive forty (40) hours of orientation training before undertaking their assignments. The orientation training includes the following: (1) Orientation to the facility's and parent agency's: (2) Working conditions and regulations.(3) Employees' rights and responsibilities, including sexual harassment.(4) Overview of the juvenile justice field.(b) Depending upon the employee or employees and the particular job requirements, orientation training may include preparatory instruction related to the particular job.
