Section 210 IAC 8-3-47 - Current and accurate personnel records

Sec. 47.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that the facility maintains a current and accurate personnel record on each employee in a secure location.

(b) Information obtained regarding the medical condition or history of applicants and employees is:

(1) collected on separate forms;

(2) maintained in separate medical files; and

(3) treated as a confidential medical record.
