Section 210 IAC 8-3-43 - Sexual harassment and discrimination

Sec. 43.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that sexual harassment and discrimination is prohibited.

(b) All staff are trained in:

(1) the specific process to be followed; and

(2) the designated staff to whom incidents of sexual harassment or discrimination should be reported.

(c) Training is documented and provided to:

(1) staff;

(2) contractors; and

(3) volunteers.
