Section 210 IAC 8-3-33 - Staff acknowledgement of policies and procedures

Sec. 33.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that staff acknowledge they have reviewed the following:
(1) Policies and procedures.
(2) Facility work rules and regulations.
(3) Conditions of employment.
(4) A written code of ethics.
(b) These documents are made accessible and available to all staff.
