Section 210 IAC 8-3-13 - Respond to request for information

Sec. 13.

Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that designated facility staff respond promptly, in compliance with privacy statutes, to requests for information about facility operations or specific juveniles from:

(1) federal, state, and local legislators and executives; and
(2) representatives of other components of the juvenile justice system.
