Section 210 IAC 1-4-11 - Notice and report of transfer to mental health commissioner

Sec. 11.

If it has been determined that a transfer is necessary, the Commissioner of the Department of Correction or his designee shall notify the Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health or his designee of that fact, and shall then submit to the Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health or his designee a detailed report of the case.
