Section 210 IAC 1-4-10 - Notice of hearing officer's recommendation

Sec. 10.

If, after the hearing, the hearing officer determines that the inmate is in need of care and treatment in a mental hospital, he shall notify the Commissioner of the Department of Correction or his designee, who shall then initiate the transfer proceedings.
