Section 170 IAC 1-2-3 - Form of schedules

Sec. 3.

Form of Schedule. All schedules must be in book, sheet or pamphlet form and, in size 8 1/2 by 11 inches (the size of this sheet of paper). Loose-leaf systems may be used so that changes may be made by inserting a single leaf.
