Section 170 IAC 1-2-2 - Complete schedules; formulas necessary

Sec. 2.

Must Include Formulas, etc. No schedule of rates, tolls and charges is complete, or complies with the law, unless it includes all rules, regulations and formulas that in anywise affect the rates, tolls or charges.
