Section 170 IAC 1-1.1-16.5 - Mediation

Sec. 16.5.

(a) Parties may voluntarily choose mediation in an attempt to resolve some or all of the issues on which they disagree.

(b) The commission may propose mediation guidelines in a general administrative order.
