Section 105 IAC 5-8-4 - Decision; review

Sec. 4.

The department will decide whether to grant approval for the construction, alteration, or relocation of a rail-highway grade crossing within ninety (90) days of the petition's filing. Any interested party desiring review of the department's decision on the petition may petition for review under IC 4-21.5.
