Section 105 IAC 5-8-3 - Service of petition upon interested parties

Sec. 3.

Petitioner shall, concurrent with the filing of the petition with the department, serve a copy of the petition upon the Indiana consumer counselors' office and any other party of interest including but not limited to the railroad and the local governing body.
