Section 105 IAC 11-3-13 - Public opening of proposal bids

Sec. 13.

Proposal bids will be downloaded from the electronic medium or opened and read publicly on the date and at the time and place advertised or at another public place that the commissioner may designate on the day the proposal bids are to be read publicly. Bidders, their authorized agents, and other interested parties may be present. The department shall not release the individual estimated items that were summarized in the engineer's total cost estimate.
