Section 105 IAC 11-3-12 - Withdrawal or revision of proposal bids

Sec. 12.

A bidder may withdraw or revise a proposal bid through a medium designated in the proposal form before the time set for receipt of bids. When a paper bid is submitted, a bidder may withdraw or revise a proposal bid after it has been deposited with the department if the request for withdrawal or revision is received by the department in writing before the time set for receipt of bids.
