Section 10 IAC 1.5-1-9 - "Undelivered shares" defined

Sec. 9.

"Undelivered shares" means any certificate or other instrument of ownership that represents shares of stock of a business association, which is still in the possession of the issuer, holder, transfer agent, or broker.
