Section 10 IAC 1.5-1-8 - "Owner-generated activity" defined

Sec. 8.

"Owner-generated activity" means any activity generated by:

(1) the owner of the unclaimed property; or

(2) the owner's authorized agent, if the agent is not the holder of the unclaimed property.
