Section 04.12.01.157 - RIGHTS OF PARTIES AND OF ATTORNEY GENERAL INVESTIGATIVE/PROSECUTORIAL STAFF

Subject to Rules 558, 560, and 600, all parties and the Attorney General's investigative/prosecutorial staff may appear at hearing or argument, introduce evidence, examine witnesses, make and argue motions, state positions, and otherwise fully participate in hearings or arguments. (3-31-22)
