Section 04.11.01.651 - RECORDING OR REPORTING OF HEARINGS

All hearings shall be recorded on audiotape or videotape or may be taken by a qualified court reporter at the agency's expense. The agency may provide for a transcript of the proceeding at its own expense. Any party may have a transcript prepared at its own expense. (3-31-22)
