Section 02.02.11.300 - CONSUMER GRADES FOR SHELL EGGS - GENERAL01.Applicability. The consumer grade designations established by this act are applicable to edible shell eggs in "lot" quantities rather than on an "individual" egg basis. these standards to the term "case" means thirty (30) dozen egg cases as used in commercial practices in the United States. "No Grade" means eggs of possible edible quality that fail to meet the requirements of an Idaho Consumer Grade or that have been contaminated by smoke, chemicals or other foreign material that has seriously affected the character, appearance or flavor of the eggs.
