Section 8-201.1-24 - Abandoned vehicles(a) Security personnel or the library manager may post a traffic violation notice on any vehicle parked beyond the operating hours of the library.(b) If the vehicle is not claimed within twenty-four hours of the posting of the notice, the vehicle shall be considered abandoned and may be towed in accordance with section 8-201.1-25.Haw.
