Section 170411 is amended to read as follows:
"1705.11 Special inspections for wind resistance
Special inspections for wind resistance specified in Section 1705.11.1, unless exempted by the exceptions to Section 1704.2, are required for buildings and structures constructed where the basic design wind speed, V, is 120 mph (53 m/sec) or greater".
