Administration and Enforcement, Sections 103 through 116, are deleted in their entirety, except Section 106.1 which is amended to read as follows:
"[A] 106.1 Live loads posted. In commercial or industrial buildings, for each floor or portion thereof designed for live loads 100 psf (4.80 kN/m2), such design live loads shall be conspicuously posted by the owner or owner's authorized agent in that part of each story in which they apply, using durable signs. It shall be unlawful to remove or deface such notices".
