Section 20-10-5 - Collection of delinquent financial obligations

When any payment on an outstanding financial obligation is past due, and the university has made reasonable efforts to collect the delinquent financial obligation, the university shall commence collection of the outstanding financial obligation pursuant to procedures established by the university.
